1) . Put the device on your desk or hanging on door or wall .
2) . Distance : for best results , place the front of the device
next to bare skin , not more than 8 inch away from the area being
treated .
3) . Select options : a. Red switch on , Near Infrared switch off ;
b. Red switch off , Near Infrared switch on ; c. Both switches on ;
4) . Usage Frequency : Use device daily 1-2 times and last for at
least 4 weeks , and each time suggest 20 minutes on one treatment
area . Than move device to next treatment area .
5) . Unplug device and store in cool dry area .
6) . Maintenance : Continue using several times a week .
